direction by one of her carefully selected members of staff,
all of whom are specialists in their respective fields.

Dr Lisa Delamaine began her career in the NHS, after gaining
two degrees, MBBS, Bachelor of Medicine and surgery, and
a Bsc in Immunology.
Following the statutory house officer
year she decided to pursue a career in Surgery. It was during
this time that the opportunity to enter the world of cosmetic
medicine arose and in 2002, after achieving the necessary
skills, knowledge and techniques in various aesthetic procedures,
Lisa started Persona Cosmetic Medicine.
As Medical Director, Lisa is responsible
for, and dedicated to, patient safety, ensuring treatment
for each client is appropriate and carried out in the safest
and most effective manner. She thoroughly researches all
procedures before introducing them into the practice and
is responsible for the clinical development of the company,
ensuring Persona is at the forefront of the aesthetic medical
industry. Dr Lisa is affiliated to medical organisations
such as the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors, British
Mdeical Association, Royal College of Surgeons and the Medical
Protection Society, so always has a pool of knowledgeable
professionals at hand.
Lisa now teaches and trains other medical professionals
in aesthetic medicine and is often invited to speak about
and demonstrate treatments at industry conferences. Through
her dedication and hard work, Lisa has gained an excellent
reputation within her field and the much valued respect
of her peers. As a direct result, she is now the UK Representative
and World Opinion Leader for the new collagen product ‘Evolence’.
Wherever possible Lisa attends national
and international conferences to continually learn about
other practitioner’s experiences and the ever evolving
industry.
Dr Lisa, along with her Clinic Manager,
has attended the Core of Knowledge training event for Laser
and IPL practitioners, as recognised by the HCC. She is
also an affiliated member of the British
Medical Laser Association.
Lisa always aims to achieve 100% client
satisfaction, through a combination of clinically proven
treatments and procedures and a dedicated customer focused
team.

Dr.Olivia Chen
Persona’s commitment to ensuring our clients receive
the most dedicated service through the most qualified and
professional team is the key element to our employment policy.
After a year’s extensive recruitment process, Persona
has the honour to welcome Dr Olivia Chen to our medical
team as our new aesthetic consultant. Olivia met all the
criteria we were looking for through her integrity, medical
ability, communication skills, her stance on patient ethics
and her warm enthusiastic personality.
Achieving her degree, M.B, Bachelor of
Medicine, and BCh, Bachelor of surgery, Dr Olivia joined
the NHS to complete her statutory house officer year. Her
goal was consultancy in dermatology, so, with this in mind,
she continued as a senior house officer whilst also specialising
in haematology, respiratory, cardiology, care of the elderly
and gastroenterology.
Over the next two years Olivia passed
parts 1 & 2 of the medical membership exam of the Royal
College of Physicians, a strict requirement towards becoming
a consultant, and aims to complete the third and final exam
in 2006 for her own accolade. Following a three year career
in the NHS, Olivia’s attention was drawn to the private
sector and more importantly to aesthetic medicine.
Since joining Persona, Olivia has undergone
extensive, in depth, training programmes and now holds certificates
of accreditation for all of the procedures she carries out
and is now an experienced aesthetician.
In the time Olivia has been with the
team she has built up a vast and loyal client base and has
become a great asset to the future development of the company.
