Botox – Worry Lines

I have recently had Botox on my brow to do my 'worry lines'. Apart from being extremely pleased with the procedure, you have also managed to cure me of an acute sinus problem I have had. I had an operation last year to bore holes at the back of my nose, burn some stuff away and grind some bone down - it was very painful and did not work, I have had that many sprays, steroids to spray up my nose, an emergency steroid one with strong pain killers for when it blocks - nothing worked. Then after a week of having the Botox injected, I reaslised my symptoms were going, and now they have gone just the odd sneeze. Its marvellous.

Botox – Brow Lift

I first had Botox on my forehead more as a preventative treatment than a cure. It resulted in giving me a brilliant brow lift. I now have my treatment every 4 months without fail not only to prevent lines developing but more to maintain my gorgeous eyebrows!

Botox - Crows Feet

Received Botox treatment, in Mid Sept 05, to frown lines between my eyebrows and lines coming up each side of my eyes. I found the treatment to be quick, painless and explained very clearly each step of the way. The effects took between 2-3 weeks to become fully apparent and I was very pleased with the results, it completely smoothed out the lines that I was concerned about and lasted over the period advised.

I've just had my second Perlane treatment and am very pleased with the results achieved on my nose to mouth lines. I also have Botox on my forehead every 4-5 months, just enough to smooth out the lines whilst retaining some movement for a natural look.

Dermal Fillers – Lips

As I have begrudgingly passed the wrong side of 35, my top lip has got thinner and thinner so after much deliberation, I decided to take the plunge and have my top lip slightly enhanced. After a thorough consultation, I went ahead and had the treatment. I opted for Restylane, a hylauronic acid based product which lasts for approximately 6-9 months. Five minutes and six tiny injections later and I hadn't felt a thing. I didn’t look like Mick Jagger, but I did have some slight swelling which Dr Lisa assured me would be gone in a day or so. She warned, too, of potential bruising and the occasional cold sore. Happily, I suffered from neither. The swelling went down, and I adore my new lips.

I recently had Micropigmentation on both my upper and lower eyelids, and my only regret is that I didn't do this sooner. The permanent eyeliner is a tremendous timesaver with makeup application as well as eliminating the need to frequently repair smears that occur with traditional eye pencil applied liner.
