Your Cosmetic Surgery Journey:

We know that choosing surgery is a big decison, so we’ve designed a clear and supportive process to guide you every step of the way.

Initial Enquiry: Reach out to us via phone email or WhatsApp. Our team will send you an enquiry pack with a medical questionnaire and request for photos (close up and distant)
Review and Consultation: Your completed questionnaire and photos will be reviewed by Dr Braham. He will provide tailored advice and costings. If you’re happy to proceed, we’ll arrange a consultation (via Zoom or face-to-face) to discuss everything in detail.
Preparing for surgery: If you decide to move forward, we’ll ask for

– A copy of your photo ID

– Your GP medical history form

– Signed T&C’s and privacy forms

Once these are received, we’ll:

Secure your surgery date

– Take a 50% deposit

– Provide pre-op instructions

One week before surgery: You’ll make the remaining payment, and we’ll ensure you’re fully prepared.
Surgery day: You’ll arrive at our clinic where you’ll be greeted and guided through every step. After your procedure, you’ll leave with a personalised aftercare bag (including dressings, pain relief and sun protection guidance.)
Aftercare and Follow up: Your healing is just as important as your surgery. We’ll arrange:

– Secure your surgery date

– Take a 50% deposit

All your notes and records are carefully documented to ensure continuity of care.
