I recently had keloid scar removal surgery at Persona Medical Aesthetics, and I cannot recommend them enough. Dr Braham and the entire team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Every visit to Persona is always a great experience. From the moment you walk through the door, you are warmly greeted by the reception team and made to feel welcome.

I was extremely pleased with the care and professionalism I received throughout my recent minor procedure to remove a cyst.

From the initial consultation, the diagnosis was explained clearly and professionally, giving me a good understanding of the procedure, what to expect and the options available. I felt listened to throughout and had complete confidence in the advice and treatment provided.

The procedure itself was carried out with great care and professionalism. The team were reassuring, supportive and kept me informed throughout, which made what could have been an understandably worrying experience feel straightforward and comfortable.

I was recommended this clinic through another business, and I'm so glad I booked. After a very disappointing experience elsewhere, which left my brows drooping and concerns about my cheek filler migrating, my confidence had really suffered. I felt I looked older and was finding it difficult to find a clinic I could trust to listen to my concerns and understand the results I wanted.

Dr Lucy instantly made me feel in safe hands. She listened carefully, explained the treatment and the results I could realistically expect, and took her time addressing my problem areas. I felt reassured and never rushed.

It has only been a few days since my Botox treatment, so the results are still developing, but I'm already noticing a difference. My face looks more lifted, and some of my fine lines have already softened. I'm feeling more confident and have booked to return for nose filler and filler dissolving treatment.
