How does the treatment work?

The treatment is performed under local anaesthetic. Your surgeon, Dr Braham, begins by making a small incision around the areola. He will remove a minimal amount of excess skin and tighten the surrounding tissue to support and lift the breast.

Because the incisions are small and discreet, scarring is minimal and often well hidden within the natural pigmentation of the areola. The wound is closed with stitches and covered with a dressing.

What to expect after treatment:

Recovery from a mini breast lift is usually quick and straightforward. Most patients return to work or light daily activities within a few days. You may experience temporary swelling, bruising or tenderness, but these effects typically resolve in 1 to 2 weeks.
